It will take a little extra time to prepare these fish rolls, but they are worth every bite!


  • 200 grams salmon sfile
  • 500 grams of Alaska Pollock fillet or other white fish 
  • half red paprik
  • sliced ​​cheese 
  • Mexican grain mustard Kamis

  • pepper
  • green spinach
  • lemon

Directions for White fish and salmon rolls with green spinach

Step 1: Rinse the fish file under cold water. Slice the white fish into medium strips and cut the salmon into pieces that can be rolled inside the white fish. Cut the paprika in the same way. Cut the cheese to fit the size of the white fish.

Step 2: Sprinkle salt and pepper on the white fish. Then place a piece of cheese on each white file. Then place a piece of salmon at the end of each strip and a paprika and roll. You can use a tooth pick  to hold it together. Then coat the fish rolls in a layer of mustard and place them in an anointed  pot suitable to go in the oven. Cover with aluminum foil and place it in the oven for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 3: Place rinsed spinach leaves on each plate , sprinkle salt and lemon zest. Add sauce from the pot in which the fish was cooked, then place the rolls over. Add lemon slices and thyme.
