This salad will be ready in a few minutes and it's perfect for the cold days because it's served warm.


  • 6-7 potatoes
  • 200 grams cabanos sausage
  • one egg
  • 200 ml oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • two hard boiled eggs
  • tablespoon mustard

Directions for Warm salad with mayonnaise

Peel, wash and cut potatoes into 4 and boil them in water with salt. In the meantime cut the sausage into pieces and fry them in hot oil. Put them on a kitchen towel to drain the oil and let them cool off. Cut the boiled eggs into four. Prepare a fast mayonnaise out of one egg, 200 ml oil, a teaspoon of mustard and salt by using the hand blender. Put all the ingredients in a tall, narrow recipient so that it goes fast and you don’t splatter everything around you. When the potatoes are boiled, drain them from water, let them cool off for 5 minutes, add the sausage and the mayonnaise, a bit of pepper and mix it all gently. At the end add the sliced eggs. Serve warm. Enjoy!
