The sweet flavour of paprika makes the veil to have an aromatic and subtle taste. You can serve it simple or with mashed potatoes.


  • 2 pieces of white veal quickie
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • yellow paprika
  • red paprika
  • fresh thyme
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions for Veal quickie with paprika

Step 1: Wash the meat, crest it with the knife and place it in a yena pot, annoint it with olive oil and add salt and pepper. Sprinkle fresh thyme on it. Wash the paprika and cut i tinto 2 cm cubes and put tchem over the meat.

Step 2: Add also enough water to cover the meat, cover it with aluminium foil and place it in the heated oven, for about 50 minutes, at small heat. Serve it with salad or rice. Enjoy!
