  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • cup white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • oregano

Directions for Turkey leg with garlic

Wash the turkey, wipe it with a paper towel, rub it with oil and season to taste. Slice into the meat from place to place and put peeled garlic cloves into the cloves. Put the meat into a cooking bag with a little water and a cup of white wine. Bake in oven at medium heat, about an hour. Remove the bag, check if it's done in the interior.
