  • 400 grams chicken breast
  • a quince
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • teaspoon dry rosemary
  • salt

 

Directions for Turkey breast with quince and rosemary sauce

Place the slices of chicken breast in a baking pot and sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary over the meat. Wash the quince, then cut it into slices that will be placed between the turkey filets. Dissolve the tomato paste in 300 ml warm water and add it over the meat. Place the pot in the oven for 30 minutes, until the meat is tender and aromatic.
