This tuna salad from the Lalla Cooking Seminar – April 2009 has a perfect mix of colors and tastes and is perfect for the warm summer days.


  • rucola
  • boiled egg
  • avocado
  • finely chopped green onion
  • sliced olives
  • red paprika
  • can tuna
  • zest from one lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt pepper

Directions for Tuna salad - Sangria style

Step 1: Pell the avocado and slice it, put it in a bowl and squeeze a lot of lemon zest over it. Add a spoon of olive oil and keep it in the fridge for 40 minutes.

Step 2: Place the rucola on a platter, add the green onion, the olives, the paprika sliced julienne, the tuna and the avocado slices. Decorate with slices of boiled egg. Add more lemon zest, olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
