Ideal for breakfast or as a snack between meals.


  • ripe avocado 
  • an onion 
  • a can of tuna in oil 
  • a handful of olives
  • olive oil (optional) 
  • lemon (optional)


Directions for Tuna pate with avocado

Cut the avocado into two, remove the seed and then take out the flesh by using a spoon. Place it in a blender with the onion cut into pieces. Mix, then add the tune, the olives and about two tablespoons of olive oil. Mix it well until it turns into a cream. Serve it with slices of olives and lemon. Enjoy!
