Tuna pate

Recipes - Tuna pate

This "pate" is so easy and fast to do, one of the recipes I enjoy a lot whether at breakfast (yep, fish for breakfast) or as a snack. You can make it when you have guests and you don't have time to prepare something more elaborate. It's really good with toast, crunchy bread.

Ingredients

  •  tuna can
  • 100 grams butter at room temperature
  • chives
  • salt 
  • pepper
  • tomatoes and rucola for serving

Directions for Tuna pate

 Remove oil or water from the tuna can. Mix tuna with soft butter, salt (if necessary), pepper and chopped chives. Serve on toast bread, with slices of tomatoes and rucola. Enjoy!
