Cold or warm, these easy to make fish balls are delicious with a salad or served as entrees at a more sophisticated meal.


  •  2 tuna cans
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons pine seeds
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • sea
  • salt
  • white pepper


Directions for Tuna balls with pine seeds

  Place the tuna in a colander and remove the liquid. Then mix with finely chopped onion, parsley, pine seeds and bread crumbs. Add well mixed eggs, salt and pepper. Wet your hands with a bit of cold water, make round meatballs and fry them in hot oil. Enjoy!
