A very creamy semi-sweet tomato soup that can be served cold or warm. It's delicious with sour cream and croutons.


For boiling:

  • 3 carrots
  • 2 parsnips
  • 2 parsley roots
  • onion
  • turkey wing for the soup

For frying:

  • 2 small
  • onions
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams butter
  • 5-6 tomatoes

Spices: basil salt pepper

Directions for Tomato cream soup

 Step 1: First of all boil the turkey wing with a bit of salt. Then use the soup in which the meat was boiled to boil the vegetables that were washed, peeled and cut into pieces.


Step 2: Put the butter to melt in a wok, then add the two chopped onions and after a few minutes add the chopped garlic. Cook them for 5-6 minutes on small heat, then grate the tomatoes and put them in the wok. Add the boiled vegetables as well.


Step 3: Let them boil until the liquid is reduced, then mix everything in the blender. Serve with croutons. Enjoy!
