Recipes - Tiramisu


  • 500 grams mascarpone,
  • 100 ml espresso,
  • 4 egg yolks,
  • 100 grams brown sugar,
  • 20 ladyfingers,
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa,
  • 50 ml Amaretto liqueur.

Directions for Tiramisu

Step 1: Prepare one espresso coffee, add two teaspoons of sugar and mix, then let it cool off. Separate egg yolks from egg whites and add egg yolks in a bowl to simmer at bain-marie, along with the sugar. Mix until you get a cream, then add the Amaretto liqueur. Mix egg cream with the mascarpone cheese and mix until you get a homogeneous cream. Soak the ladyfingers in the espresso coffee and place them on a platter.

Step 2: Prepare two rectangular trays and cover them in kitchen foil. Pour one layer of cream, add one layer of ladyfingers, then follow by cream and ladyfingers again. Place the trays in the fridge for a few hours. Then place two platters on the trays and flip the trys over so that the tiramisu “falls” on the platters. Remove plastic foil, then sprinkle cocoa powder over it. Grate some chocolate over it as well. Enjoy!
