  • 300 grams minced veal meat
  • 250 grams goat cheese
  • 150 grams cheese
  • 2 big onions
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp sambal (chili) pasta
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • spices for minced meat or salt, pepper, paprika
  • canned tomato pasta
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tbsp dry parsley
  • 50 grams butter
  • fresh yogurt

Directions for The lamb's flower

Step 1: Fry the minced meat in a pan along with the finely chopped onion, the crushed garlic and spices. When it’s almost done, add the soy sauce and let it cook for a while longer. Turn off the fire, add the tomato paste, a tbsp of hot chili (sambal) and mix well.

Step 2: Place on the working table the first sheet of pie. Crush gently by hand the goat cheese over it and distribute it uniformly. Over it place the next sheet of pastry and then the meat mixture. End with the third layer of pastry and then role the whole thing tightly. Cut the roll into slices of 8-10 cm.

Step 3: In a round griddle for baking cakes place a baking sheet that was firstly moistened into water, so that it adheres better to the bottom of the griddle. Place in the middle of it the first roll of pastry and then add the others around it, forming a flower.

Step 4: Add a bit of butter and cheese on top of each role. Mix the 5 eggs with the finelly chopped parsley and add the mixture on top of the rolls.

Heat the oven to 160 degrees and cook the flower for about one hour. Serve it with cold yogurt. Enjoy!
