Using a metal circle or a rectangular form you can a create a very dainty starter with layers of smoked salmon, cheese and avocado.

Ingredients

  • one avocado,
  • 250 grams cream creese,
  • 100 grams smoked salmon,
  • dill,
  • ½ red onion,
  • salt,
  • olive oil,
  • lemon juice.

Directions for Starter with smoked salmon, cheese and avocado

Cut the ripe avocado into two and remove the core with the help of a spoon. Cut the pulp into small cubes. Sprinkle olive oil, lemon juice and add a bit of salt. Mix gently.

Put the cream cheese in a cup, add salt, chopped dill and finely chopped onion. Cut the salmon files as well and then assemble the starters. Use a rectangular platter and place the metal form on it. First of all add the avocado cubes, pressing glently with a spoon, then a layer of cream cheese and the smoked salmon at the end. Gently remove the metal form, sprinkle lemon juice over it. Decorate with dill and serve with toast bread. Enjoy!
