Served simple or with different sauces, these spring meatballs are perfect for a family dinner.


  • 800 g minced meat (pork leg)
  • carrot
  • small potato
  • bundles of green onions
  • bundles of green garlic
  • 2 dill
  • parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions for Spring meatballs

Clean onions and garlic, then mince them well in the kitchen robot, but don't turn them into a pasta! Peel and grate the potatoes and carrot. Mix them all with ground meat and add remaining ingredients. With wet hands forme small meatballs and pass then through breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil, then remove them on absorbent kitchen towels.They go perfectly with mustard or horseradish paste.Enjoy!
