A light summer soup.

Ingredients

  • ¼ kg beans
  • 2-3 carrots
  • one onion
  • one bell pepper
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • parsley
  • tarragon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • cup of borsch 

Directions for Sour bean soup

Step 1: Wash the beans and soak them for 24 hours. Put the beans to boil and in the meantime cut the onion, the carrots, and the bell pepper. Add the tomatoes and salt and pepper.

Step 2: Pour some oil in the soup, add borsch and simmer it for a little longer. Then turn off the heat, add chopped greenery. Enjoy!
