An elegant and simple recipe with smoked salmon and smooth cheese sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 180 grams melted cheese
  • 1 tsp horseradish sauce
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp Herbes de Provence
  • black pepper

Directions for Smoked salmon rolls with boiled eggs and cheese sauce

Step 1: Heat the melted cheese in a small pot at low temperature until it becomes creamy. Add the horseradish, the lemon juice, herbes de provence and a bit of black pepper. Mix it well than set it aside.

Step 2: Boil the eggs in salt with water for 3-4 minutes. Then pass them through some cold water and remove their shells. Wrap each egg in salmon and add the sauce over them.
