Salmon is one of the healthiest and most delicious fish and most of all, it is very very easy to cook and doesn't require too many spices.


  • 4 slices of salmon
  • tbsp butter
  • juice from one lemon
  • tbsp capers
  • salt
  • provence herbs

Directions for Salmon with lemon sauce and capers

Step 1: Melt the butter in a teflon pan, add the washed fish, salt and half of the quantity of provence herbs. Add also half of the lemon juice and let it simmer at medium temperaturę for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2: Turn the fish on the other side, sprinkle salt and the rest of herbs, the rest of lemon juice, the capers and cook it for 2 more minutes. Serve tchem with nature potatoes and sauce on top. Enjoy!
