If some say that salads are boring, they haven’t tried too many recipes. Play with the ingredients, use different sauces and vinaigrettes and you will want to savor a salad every day. They can be served between meals, accompanying another dish and most of them don't require too much time to prepare. They are light and tasty, and let’s not forget those vitamins!


Salads: green, healthy, delicious!

Use sweet red or green vegetables, pasta, rice, fruit or fish, you can serve it warm or cold and are perfect for when you want something fresh and filling. Try adding different nuts and seeds, dry fruit or herbs, sprinkle olive oil or make a yogurt sauce.
