A fast and nutritious salad with an aromatic ginger dressing.



  • 125 grams of Chinese noodles
  • salad 
  • ripe mango
  • canned tuna
  • red onion
  • green and black olives
  • fresh mint leaves
  • fresh basil leaves

For dressing:

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • and half a tablespoon soy sauce
  • 5 cloves of garlic 
  • a fresh piece of ginger the size of walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons chili sauce
  • juice of ½ lemon

Directions for Salad with noodles, tuna and mango

Step 1: Put the noodles in a bowl and pour hot water over them. Let them soak for 5 minutes (or how much is specified on the package), then remove them from water and let them cool off. Wash the vegetables and the herbs. Tore the salad into pieces and also cut the mango and onion into strips. Cut also the herbs and mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2: Put the oil, soy sauce, cut garlic cloves, ginger and chilli sauce into the blender. Mix everything very well until it turns into a creamy sauce. Add half of the dressing to the noodles and mix well.

Step 3: Place on each plate a layer of noodles, salad, then tuna. In the end add the rest of the sauce and decorate with halves of olives, paprika and basil. Enjoy!
