A touch of honey always brings an exotic flavor to a salty dish and the lamb meat goes perfectly with its sweetness and the distinct taste of rosemary.

Ingredients

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 tbsp cherry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil with lemon flavor
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • rosemary
  • seasalt mixed with aromatic herbs
  • lamb shoulder (700 grams)
  • 500 grams new potatoes

Directions for Roasted lamb with rosemary, honey and new potatoes

Step 1: Heat the oven at 200 degrees. Place the chopped onion and 4 tbsp of cherry in a thermo resistant pot. Rub the lamb meat with a tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of honey, then sting it from place to place with the rosemary. Add salt with aromatic herbs and place the meat over the onion in the pot.

Step 2: In a bowl, mix the potatoes with 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt with herbs and place them next to the lamb, in the pot. Put all in the oven for 1h and 15 minutes – 1 h and 30 minutes, until the potatoes and the meat are well done. Afterwards, take it out, cover with aluminum foil and let it rest for 20 minutes, then serve.
