A delicate and fruity cake for a dear one's birthday or for another special occasion.


  • 500 grams strawberries
  • 250 grams mascarpone
  • 300 grams cream
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • a pack gelatin foils
  • a pack ladyfingers
  • a pack of gelatin for deserts

Directions for Raspberry, blueberry and mascarpone cake

Step 1: Put the strawberries in a pot on the stove with the sugar. When the sugar melts, remove it from the heat and add gelatin. Let it cool off. Put in the detachable cake form and carefully place the ladyfingers.

Step 2: Mix the mascarpone cream with the cooled strawberry pure and with sour cream until you get a homogenous mix. Pour the cream over the ladyfingers and place it in the fridge for two hours.

Step 3: When the cream is hard enough, you can place the fresh fruit on top. In this case we used raspberries and blueberries. Prepare the jelly out of fruit juice and gelee powder and pour it over the fruit. Place it back in the fridge and keep it for a few hours, then serve. Enjoy!
