  • 4 chicken hammers
  • 500 g pickled cucumbers in brine
  • 2 onions
  • a pimiento peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • a cup of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • bundles of green dill
  • a bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions for Pickle dish with chicken

Step 1: Cut the pickled cucumbers into half, wash them with cold water and then immerse them in a boiling water pannikin. Let there 15 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Step 2: Peel onions and garlic, wash and chop them into cubes; cut the bell peppers in the same way. In a saucepan heat the oil, fry the chicken drumsticks that were washed thoroughly, add onion, garlic and white wine. Add the peppers and let it boil for 5 minutes. Add the pickles, one more cup of boiling water and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Step 3: Season the food. Mix the tomato sauce with with flour in a cup with hot water, then pour in food. Stir constantly, boil a little longer and take it from the fire. Sprinkle finely chopped dill. Enjoy!
