  • 2 kg peaches
  • 1,5 kg sugar
  • one lemon

Directions for Peach comfiture

Step 1: Wash the peaches, cut them into two and remove its seeds. Put them in a pot with the sugar and let them boil at small heat, mixing from time to time. Add lemon zest. Then crack open the seeds, remove the cores and peel them. Then add them in the pot. Check if it’s ready by putting a teaspoon on a plate and see if it solidifies. Put in hot into the jars. Store them in a dark place. Enjoy!
