  • tuna from a can
  • french pastry
  • egg
  • a bit of salt

Gaby offers very clear instructions on how to make this delicious recipe: 

Step 1: The french pastry must be at room temperature when you use it. Spread it on a table on which you sprinkled white flour. Cut into into rectangular shapes with a sharp knife. Preheat the oven.

Step 2: Place a teaspoon of tuna on every rectangular piece of dough. Put a bit of egg mixed with a bit of salt  on the margins of the dough. Then close these packages, put a bit of egg on top of them using a kitchen brush, then place them in a tray, over a sheet of baking paper. Place them in the oven and bake them for 10 minutes at strong heat, then reduce heat and let them bake evenly until they get a nice crust. Enjoy!
