A super cheesy recipe that will take only a few minutes to make


  • 150 gr tagliatelle

  • a slice of butter of 1 cm thick

  • 3-4 spoons of sour cream of 12% fat

  • 50 gr Delaco cheese

  • 50 gr brie Milkana cheese

  • 50 gr Delaco mozarella

  • 50 gr gorgonzola

  • salt

  • pepper

Directions for Pasta quatro formaggi

Put the water to boil with a bit of salt and some drops of oil. When it starts boiling, add the tagliatelle pasta. While it boils, prepare the cheese mixture.

1. Grate all the cheeses.

2. Put butter in a pan.

3. Add sour cream and mix well.

Drain the pasta, then add them in the pan with the cheeses and mix it slightly. Sprinkle some salt over it. The leftover cheese can be eaten with slices of bread. Enjoy!
