There’s nothing that works better in the kitchen than to unleash the imagination and have some fun. Easter can be very well a moment of feeling playful and these parmesan biscuits are easy to do and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams flour
  • 100 ml palm oil or butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions for Parmesan biscuits for the Easter bunny

Step 1: Mix together the ingredients until you form a consistent batter, let it rest for 20 minutes in the fridge, then stretch it on the working table about 5 mm thick. Cut different shapes out of it.

Step 2: Cook the biscuits in the preheated oven at 180 degrees, for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
