Sweet cottage cheese goes perfectly with fruit, and pancakes are a delicious treat either for breakfast or as an afternoon delight.


  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams flour
  • 200 ml mineral water
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 125 grams of cheese
  • one peach
  • a bit of salt

Directions for Pancakes with cheese and peaches

Step 1: Mix eggs with salt, add flour and incorporate well. Then add firstly milk, then mineral water and oil. Add a bit of oil in a pan and put it over fire on medium heat. Using a ladle, pour pancake mixture in the pan. Make sure it spreads evenly, then let it bake on one side for 2 minutes. Flip it on the other side. Do the same with the rest of pancakes.

Step 2: When pancakes are ready, prepare the filling:
Cut the peach into cubes and mix it with cheese cream. You can add a bit of sugar or honey if you prefer a sweeter taste. Put mixture over half a pancake and cover it with the other half. Sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
