  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp grated salty cheese
  • green onion
  • freshly chopped dill
  • Lebanese bread
  • slice ham
  • 2 salad leaves

Directions for Omlett rolls with dill and parsley

Step 1: Make the omelet by mixing well the eggs with cheese and freshly chopped dill. Put a few drops of olive oil in a pan and let it heat up. Fry the omelet in small heat and turn it on the other side making sure you don’t break it.

Step 2: Place the flat-bread on a plate, then place the omelet over it, the ham, salad and roll it well. Cut it into 3 and serve it warm, with fresh tomatoes or olives. Enjoy!
