  • 2 slices white bread
  • 250-300 grams black, salty olives with no seeds
  • can of tuna
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • tablespoon of butter
  • 50 ml milk
  • ½ teaspoon oregano

Gaby offers very clear instructions on how to make this delicious recipe:

Place the olives in a bowl and mix them with oregano and tuna. Use the blender to turn it into a cream, by mixing the ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Add the bread that was previously soaked in milk and pressed well, slices of garlic and butter at room temperature. Mix well until you get a nice pate to spread on the the bread. Serve with warm, toast bread. Enjoy!
