A delicious and simple recipe that will be done in no time.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg new potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 50 ml of water

Directions for New potatoes with oregano

Step 1: Wash potatoes and peel them if necessary (young ones can be cooked unpeeled). Wash them well and place them in a bowl. In another bowl mix two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Pour this sauce over the potatoes and mix by hand.

Step 2: Put some oil into the tray, place the potatoes in it and add a small cup of water (50 ml). Cover tray with aluminium foil and place it in the oven preheated at 175 degrees for 45 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the foil and leave it 10 more minutes in the oven to allow it to get some crust. Serve with salad or like garnish for stew. Enjoy!
