If you're bored with the classical omelet or just want something else for breakfast, try this delicious recipe!



  • 100 grams fresh mushrooms
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams goat cheese
  • A tablespoon of freshly chopped dill
  • Pepper
  • Tablespoon olive


Directions for Mushrooms omelet

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the sliced mushrooms and let them soften for a minute. Mix the eggs very well with a fork, add the grated cheese, chopped dill and a bit of pepper. Put the eggs over the mushrooms and keep them on the fire until it clots. Then turn it on the other side. In the meantime prepare 4 slices of toast, garnish them with rocket leaves or with green salad. Then add omelet on top of each slice. Serve with cherry tomatoes and bacon. Enjoy!
