Oana prepared a delicious Greek inspired recipe that is perfect as a light snack or as a side dish.


  •  6-8 big champignon mushrooms
  • 2 chives
  • 50 grams grated hard cheese
  • 2 tablespoons toast
  • one tablespoons finelly chopped dill
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • one garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chilli

Directions for Mushrooms filled with feta cheese

Step 1: Remove the tailets from the mushrooms, clean, wash and place them in a tray, on baking paper, hat down. Put the tray in the oven until mushrooms get soft and lose some of their liquid. In the meantime, cut the tailets into cubes.

Step 2: Put a tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the tailets a bit, until they get softer. Add onion and sliced garlic and also fry them a bit. Turn off the heat and let it cool off. Add toast, dill and grated hard cheese. Mix and spice according to taste with salt, pepper and chilli.

Step 3: Remove the tray with the mushrooms from the oven, turn them hats up, fill them with feta cheese and add the mixture of tailets and onion inside, pressing it in with your fingers. Put them back in the oven for 15 minutes, until the mushrooms get a nice crust. You can serve them warm or cold. Enjoy!
