Directions for Mini-tarts with chicken and spinach with cheese

Step 1: First of all, make the fillings. Wsh the green onion and finely chop it, as well as the dill, parsley and the meat.

Step 2: Put a tablespoon of palm oil in a teflon pan, then add the chicken breast and the liver, add salt and pepper and keep it on the stove, simmering. Then add the green onion and a few spoons of water and let it simmer for 5 more minutes. Then move the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down. Mix the egg with sour cream and the grated cheese and add it to the meat. Put the greens and mix it well.

Step 3: Wash the pan and put it again on the fire with a spoon of palm oil. Add the frozen spinach, a few spoons of water and let it soften. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Also add the green onion and let it simmer 5 more minutes. Until the mixture gets cold, mix an egg with sour cream and the cheeses. Mix them all well.

Step 4: Make a batter out of the cottage cheese, soft butter, eggs and salt, then add flour little by little. Put flour on the working table and mix the batter, adding as much flour as necessary, until the mixture doesn’t stick to the fingers.

Step 5: Make either two big tarts, by dividing the batter into two, or bake mini-tarts. Strech the batter on a working table using a roller, then cut into it using the tart forms (these will be used as tops for the tarts). Fill the forms with batter, add 2 spoons of filling, cover it with the top, anoint it with the mixed egg and prick it in a few spots with the fork. Fill all the forms with the mixtures, then cook them in the oven, over small fire for 15 minutes. Check if they get a nice crust. Enjoy!
