A recipe that is very fast to do and even faster to eat.


  • big onion
  • big paprika
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • laurel leaves
  • 3 tbs tomato sauce
  • tbs flour
  • green dill, salt, pepper
  • meatballs

Directions for Marinated meatballs

Step 1: First of all, peel, wash and cut the onion and paprika, then fry them in little palm oil. Add the finely chopped garlic and spice it with salt and peeper. Add 2 cups of water, the laurel leaves and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 2: In a bowl mix the tomato sauce with a tbs of flour, add a small cup of cold water and make sure that the result is homogeneous. Pour the sauce over the steamy vegetables and toss them together.

Step 3: Add the meatballs and let them simmer for 5 minutes. In the end sprinkle some freshly chopped dill and serve. Enjoy!
