Fish is a great choice for a tasty main course that will be ready in no time. Add a bit of parsley, lemon and garlic and the mackerel will have a special aroma.


  • 2 files mackerel

Corn porridge:

  • cup corn flour  
  • 3 cups water
  • bit of salt

Garlic sauce:

  • garlic clove
  • few parsley leaves
  • ½ teaspoon oil
  • few drops lemon juice
  • a bit of lemon peel

Directions for Mackerel with corn porridge

Wash the mackerel file, dry it with a paper towel and place it in the Dry Cooker pan. Keep it 3-4 minutes on each side. Put water with a bit of salt in a pot and when it starts boiling, add the corn flour by sifting it. Continuously mix so that it doesn’t have any lumps. It is ready when the porridge doesn’t stick to the pot . 

Garlic sauce: Peel the garlic cloves, sprinkle some salt over it and smash them. Add oil, a few droplets of lemon juice, a bit of lemon peel and finely chopped parsley. 
Assemble: porridge, fish file and garlic sauce on top.
