  •  2 mackerel fish
  • 1 garlic clove
  • easpoon grated fresh ginger
  • teaspoon lemon peel
  • salt
  • rice


  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • peel from one lemon
  • one grated garlic clove
  • one teaspoon grated ginger
  • one green onion thread
  • teaspoon of honey
  • tablespoon finelly cut dill
  • tablespoon finelly chopped parsley
  • teaspoon of chilli

Directions for Mackerel with Asian sauce

Step 1: Clean the fish, gently remove the spine with the bones, then wash it and dry it with a paper towel. Mix grated garlic with grated ginger, add lemon peel and salt and rub this mixture on the fish. Prepare the grill or the pan by adding some oil, then fry the fish on both sides.

Step 2: Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients listed in a bowl.

Step 3: Serve the fish with boiled rice and a lot of sauce over it. Enjoy!
