There's one dessert that every child and adult loves during summer time: ice-cream :) For those who are fans of the hazelnut flavor, there's nothing better than making your own creamy recipe.


  • about a handful hazelnuts
  • about two handfuls salted peanuts
  • 2 eggs
  • cocoa
  • rum essence
  • vanilla essence
  • about 400 grams fat sour cream or whipped cream for dessert
  • 200 grams honey

Directions for Ice-cream with home-made nut butter

Step 1: Put the nuts in the blender and mix them well. At first they will be dry, but keep removing them from the walls of the blender and push them back and blend them until it turns into butter.

Step 2: Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with honey and turn the whites into a hard foam. Mix well the cream until it gets hard. Then add the nut butter into the yolks. In the end add the whites and cream.

Step 3: Divide the cream into two. Put half of it into the bowl that will go into the freezer and add vanilla essence into it and mix. To the other half add rum essence and cocoa. Put it into the freezer for a few hours. Then serve. Enjoy!
