Irina prepares a recipe for the fish lovers. The combination of spices is simply fantastic and she gives the dish a special touch with a bit of fresh mint.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of tuna,
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil,
  • chopped dill, tarragon,
  • marjoram,
  • nutmeg,
  • mint,
  • salt,
  • pepper,
  • a handful of asparagus,
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes,
  • hanful of olives,
  • finelly chopped basil,
  • juice from ½ lime


Directions for Grilled tuna with asparagus, cherry tomatoes and olives

Prepare 4 slices of tuna, add salt, pepper, marjoram, tarragon, nutmeg and sprinkle a bit of olive oil over them. Heat up a pot and fry the tuna without adding oil. After 2-3 minutes turn the tuna on the other side and then place them on a platter. Put the asparagus in another pot to simmer with a bit of water, salt and olive oil. After tw minutes add the tomatoes cut into two, olives, lime juice and a bit of basil. The asparagus must be slightly crunchy. At the end place the asparagus on a few leaves of green salad. Add a few cherry tomatoes, olives and a slice of tuna. Sprinkle mint on top of them. Enjoy!
