  • 4 slices fresh salmon
  • lemon
  • salt

Shrimp salad:

  • 8-10 pieces of shrimps with tail
  • 8-10 slices of calamary
  • 25 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • 50 ml white wine
  • teaspoon pesto sauce
  • half avocado
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 handfuls of rucola
  • lemon juice
  • finely chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions for Grilled salmom, shrimp salad and calamary with pesto

Step 1: Wash the salmon slices, wipe them with paper towels and add salt. Wash and cut lemon into slices. Arrange lemon slices over salmon and fry them on the oven grill for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2: Meanwhile wash shrimp, melt the butter in a wok or pannikin and add garlic, peeled and cut into slices. Fry the shrimps and calmars in butter, add salt to taste and wine. Then add pesto and keep it a minute longer on the fire.

Pell and cut avocado into cubes, cut the cherry tomatoes in four and sprinkle with lemon. Wash several threads of parsley, cut them finely and add them to the salad.

Put a handful of rucola on a plate, then avocado slices and cherry tomatoes, add salt and little pepper. Place shrimp and calmary over the salad. Serve them with grilled salmon and a spoonful of boiled rice. Enjoy!
