Salty or sweet, this recipe can be a delicious starter or a fulfilling breakfast.


  • 6 eggs
  • 250 grams melted butter
  • 250 grams white flour
  • 350 ml warm milk
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 400 grams cottage cheese mixed with yellow cheese
  • fresh dill

Directions for Golden roll

Step 1: Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. In the meantime, mix the eggs with salt and flour little by little, the warm melted butter and the milk until you have a homogeneous cream.

Step 2: Place baking sheet of paper in the tray and add grease. Pour the cream over and let it cook for 20 minutes. It should get a brownish color.

Step 3: Until the batter gets cooked, mix the cheeses with a bit if salt. Put on a hand towel the resulting omelet from the oven and remove gently the baking paper. Put the cheese and then roll it with the help of the towel, but slowly, because it’s very fragile.

Step 4: Let it cool down, around two hours. Then remove it and slice it. On the first day, it can be served as a salty starter and next day as a desert, with gem or honey, at a cup of coffee. Enjoy!
