  •  300 grams fusilli
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 grams creamy cheese
  • 100 grams hard cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons toast
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg (powder)
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 2 threads green onion

Directions for Fusilli with cheese cream and bacon

 Step 1: Put the pasta to boil in a pot of simmering salty water.

Step 2: Make a bechamel sauce: put the milk to boil. In another small pot melt butteer, add flour and then pour over it hot milk, little by little, mixing all the time, so that you don't get any lumps. When it thickens, turn of the fire. Cut the creamy cheese into small pieces and add them to the hot bechamel sauce. Mix well. Add salt, pepper and freshly grated nutmeg, then the grated hard cheese.

Step 3: Put the bacon cut into pieces into a pan on the fire and the finelly sliced green onion. Let them get softer and then remove the extra fat and add the bacon and onion over the cheese sauce.

Step 4: Remove pasta from water and add them tohe sauce. Move the whole mixture into a yenna pot. Mix the Parmesan with the toast flour and sprinkle it on top of the pasta. Place the pot in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, on mediun heat, until it gets a nice crust. Serve warm. Enjoy!
