Fish can be served in so many ways and one way of enjoying it is by making some golden croquettes that you can have with a side of salad.


  •  200 grams white fish fried or grilled
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • one egg
  • tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 50 grams grated hard cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions for Fish croquettes

 Remove bones from the fish and then chop it in the blender with the boiled potato. Add parsley, grated hard cheese, egg (that you mixed with a fork or the mixer) and spices. Put some oil in a pan and when it heats up add the croquettes by using a spoon. Turn them on the other side as well until they get a nice crust. Place them on paper towels to remove the excess oil. Serve them with a sour sweet sauce or with salad.
