A healthy and easy to do recipe for vegetarians and not only.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of mixed beans, lentils and peas sprouts 
  • red and green paprika 
  • green onion 
  • tomato 
  • 150 grams tofu 
  • oil 
  • soy sauce 
  • teaspoon brown sugar 
  • pepper 
  • savory 
  • parsley 
  • lemon (optional)

Directions for Fast recipe with sprouts, paprika and tofu

Step 1: Cut the paprika tomato and onion into slices and the tofu into cubes. Place them in the wok in which you heated a bit of oil and mix until they get softer.

Step 2: Add the sprouts and a teaspoon of brown sugar. Mix for two minutes. In the end, add spices and soy sauce. Serve with boiled rice. Sprinkle lemon juice and green parsley. Enjoy!
