A good, nutritious start for the day :) What way of getting all the energy you need in the morning than by having a hearty breakfast? Try this recipe and you won't be dissapointed.

Ingredients

  •  1 kg potatoes
  • 3 threads chives
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 grams sliced bacon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • dry thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tbs oil

Directions for English breakfast

Step 1: Peel, wash and chop potatoes into cubes. Put them to boil with water and salt for 15 minutes. Remove water and mix them with oil, salt, pepper and green onion finely sliced.
Step 2: Prepare a tray by placing baking paper in it and place potatoes on top. Put it in the hot oven, over medium heat for another 15 minutes, until they start to get a golden crust. Remove tray and form 4 empty spaces in the potatoes and break an egg in each. Place bacon slices and tomatoes cut into half, sprinkle dry thyme. Place tray in the oven for 10 more minutes, until the egg is well done. Serve warm! Enjoy!
