  • 10 eggs
  • 200 grams of chicken liver
  • one big onion
  • 100 grams butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2-3 yolks

Directions for Eggs filled with chicken and mayonnaise

Step 1: cut the onion into fine slices and cook it in the butter. Clean and wash the meat, then add it to the onion and let it simmer at low temperature. When all the juice evaporates, take it from the fire and let it cool down. Add salt, pepper, mustard and the yolks. Put all this mixture into the blender and turn it into a creamy, homogenous paste.

Step 2: Wash the eggs, then boil them in water with salt and a bit of vinegar, for 15 minutes. Afterwards put them for short while into cold water, take them out and remove their shells. Using a thin knife, cut them into half, then fill them with the meat paste.

Step 3: For the sauce make a mayonnaise, depending on how much you need and mix it with thick sour cream. Decorate the eggs with it.
Put a generous layer of sauce on a platter, place the eggs and serve.
