One of the best ways of cooking fish is by baking it in the oven. The result: delicious and tender.


  • 5 Dorada fish,
  • 400-500 grams grainy salt

Directions for Dorada on a bed of salt

Clean the fish and dry it with a towel. In the tray of the oven place a generous layer of salt, then put the fish on top of it. Put it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Afterwards remove the tray and turn the fish on the other side. Keep it in the oven for 10-15 more minutes. Serve with garlic sauce or green salad. Enjoy!
