  •  4 dorada fish
  • a jar dry tomatoes
  • green garlic
  • fresh rosemary
  • a few capers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • red paprika
  • ½ cups white wine
  • cup of water

  For garnish:  

  • a kg new potatoes
  • green garlic
  • fresh dill
  • sweet paprika powder
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • a few cherry tomatoes


Directions for Dorada filled with dry tomatoes

Step 1: Wash the fish very well, remove the scales and clean it on the inside. Fill it with dry tomatoes, capers, garlic slices and rosemary. Place the fish in a tray and add a bit of olive oil, water, the white wine, then salt and pepper. Add a few slices of cherry tomatoes, green onions finely chopped and a sliced red paprika. Heat the oven at 220 degrees, then put the fish inside. 

Step 2: Wash the potatoes, then mix them with the spices, the oil from the dried tomatoes from the jar, slices of garlic cloves, red paprika. Put them in a tray, add salt, pepper, a cup of water, a few cherry tomatoes and put them to bake. In the end add fresh dill and red paprika powder. Enjoy!
