If you want a spicy and simple recipe, try these chicken wings with a creamy, curry sauce. They go perfectly with boiled rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken wings
  • carrot
  • paprika
  • potato
  • 2 onions
  • tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp curry
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions for Chicken wings with curry sauce

Step 1: Wash the chicken wings, put them to boil and after the simmer once, remove them, wash the foam and put them to boil again in 1,5 l water with a little bit of salt. Add the peeled and washed vegetables, the carrot, potato, paprika and one onion. Cover the pot and boil for 20 minutes, until the vegetables get soft. Sift the soup and keep half a liter of liquid.

Step 2: Melt the butter in a pot and add the finely chopped onion. Add the soup little by little and simmer it at small temperature, till it softens. Add the flour and mix it fast, adding slowly all the soup. Also add curry, salt and white pepper, then the sour cream and the boiled chicken wings. Serve the chicken wings with sauce and boiled rice (in water with salt and then a bit of butter to give it a more creamy taste). Enjoy!
