  • 3-4 carrots
  • 1 pimiento
  • a red onion
  • 10 champignon mushrooms
  • greenery
  • butter
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper


Directions for Chicken velouté with mushrooms

 Step 1: Clean the chicken , cut it and put it to boil. Remove the foam from the soup, then add the cut vegetables and spices (salt and pepper). When the meat is boiled, remove it and place it on a platter.

Step 2: Put the butter in a pan to melt, add the flour little by little and the soup and mix until you get a homogenious sauce.

Step 3: Cut a few mushrooms into slices, sote them in a little bit of butter, then add them to the sauce. In the end, add the chicken pieces into the sauce and let it simmer a little. In the end add chopped grenery. Serve warm. Enjoy!
