Step 1: Rinse the chicken well and put it to boil, remove the foam and then take it out and rinse well with cold water.

Step 2: In a saucepan heat the oil, add diced onion and sliced ​​garlic and the chopped greens; fry them together with chicken. Add a little boiled water gradually and let them soften well.

Step 3: Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms and cut them into large pieces, then add them to saucepan. Place bay leaves, salt and pepper to taste and cover the pot with a lid.
